Updated Dec. 12, 2010
Due to increasing costs and other administrative challenges,
the Surrey Writers' School
has suspended regular workshops and courses,
effective January 1.
However, we will continue to partner with other organizations in presenting literacy and literary events, and supporting other activities in the community.
And beginning in mid-February, we will offer customised workshops for writing and critique groups on request - with a minimum of five participants. Contact loispeterson@hotmail.com to enquire about rates, etc.
We are also tentatively planning a summer weekend writing retreat at Alexandra Neighbourhood Houses' historic site at Crescent Beach.
Check the school website from time to time for updates. www.surreywritersschool.com
